Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Kamera World, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in GBP, EUR, or USD and are all-inclusive—no additional fees are added at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a pricing error has occurred, or if the product has been discontinued or is out of stock, in which case a full refund will be issued.

2. Product condition

All products are sold as brand new and in original manufacturer packaging unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product listing.

3. Shipping and delivery

Delivery timeframes are 7–14 business days for the UK and 14–21 business days for the EU. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs processing. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

4. Returns and refunds

Returns for faulty items are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Kamera World covers return shipping costs for faulty items.
(Note: Faulty items are defined as products with manufacturing defects. Customers must provide photo or video proof to substantiate a defect claim.)

5. Warranty

Our 3-year UK warranty applies to manufacturing defects only. See the Warranty page for full coverage details.

6. Liability

Kamera World's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of products purchased from us.

7. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to process your order and provide customer support. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
